Video 3: Demonstration of anitphonal playing
A simple arrangement of 'Ad mortem festinamus' from the Llibre Vermell/Red Book of Montserrat, compiled in the late fourteenth century. Left hand accompaniment uses basic intervals as shown in previous videos. Arrangement alternates between playing melody on harp and singing - antiphonal style performances like this are commonly depicted in medieval romances.
